5. Scan Results & Accuracy

Our audit engine performs automated analysis and strives for accuracy. However, scan results are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional technical advice. Results may vary based on target server conditions, CDN caching, and dynamic content. We make no warranties regarding the completeness or absolute accuracy of any report.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Site Vitals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services, including but not limited to data loss, revenue loss, or security breaches on audited targets.
